Returns
If you simply change your mind......
At our discretion, we will work with you to collect the goods providing they are in the original and fully saleable condition including all original sealed packaging, but you will need to pay for the freight collection and handling, as well as a re-stocking fee. This fee is payable by PayPal, Credit Card or EFTPOS at the point of booking a collection. You will of course need to ensure that the goods can be easily and safely collected from the original delivery location and provide a suitable mechanism for reloading the items on our trucks. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on "Made to Order," "Special Order" "Seconds," or "Run of Kiln".

If an item is damaged or not fit for purpose.......
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law 2010.
For minor failures: You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced or receive a refund if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please note, that cosmetic imperfections such as splits in the surface of timber, slight twists or bowing in timber, inconsistency in brick, block or paver colour or pattern do not constitute minor failure. Timber is a natural product for which there will always be a + or - tolerance to surface finish, colour and dimensional accuracy. All timber handled by Steve Jones is "Landscape Grade". Bricks, blocks and pavers are manufactured to have slight variations in colour and texture, batch variations can and do occur, there are applicable Australian Standards in place to cover variations in size as well as colour and breakages.
For major failures: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
For all other loss, damage or injury arising from the use of a product purchased from Steve Jones, to the extent permitted by law, Steve Jones liability is limited, at its discretion, to refunding the cost of the product or re-supplying the product or an equivalent product. The warranty does not extend to any form of damage or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, natural disaster or act of God or other external causes or to damage or loss caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described as standard operation in the manual or instructions.
